Role description
My Client is looking for a MS SQL (Azure) Engineer to join them on an initial 3 month contract, Outside IR35 to support them to evaluate and improve their existing data base design.
Key Responsibilities
• Review Database SQL Git PRs and deploying these to production
• Maintaining SQL database and any SQL Jobs
• Defining SQL Standards and deployment processes
• Management of SQL Backups
• Management of Azure SQL server
• Experience working in Database design and management
Experience With
• ETL and Monitoring Tools
• Cloud Based DB Solutions and Services (e.g. Azure)
• Relational and non-relational DBs
• Database Design and Management
• Considering Confidentiality and Privacy/Security of Sensitive Information
• Any knowledge with Azure Data Warehousing or Azure Fabric (for BI Reporting Needs) would be highly desirable.
