Role description
SQL Reporting Analyst – Edinburgh - up to £350 per day (Inside IR35) – 6-Month Contract
Change Digital are recruiting on behalf of a leading global investment and asset management firm for a SQL Reporting Analyst to join their Reporting Solutions team in Edinburgh. This role requires to be in the office 4 days a week.
This role will put you at the centre of a diverse stakeholder network, where you’ll help deliver critical investment reporting on complex products. You’ll work closely with client-facing teams, data providers, and project teams to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and enhances client experience. This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact within a fast-paced global environment while working on cutting-edge data and reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the migration of regulatory reporting to a Snowflake-based framework
• Analyse data and processes, embedding a sustainable business support model
• Organise and execute testing protocols
• Design and operate oversight processes for reporting implementation
• Capture client feedback and test reporting enhancements
• Deliver clear and concise requirement documentation for technology & business teams
What You’ll Bring:
• Strong SQL skills (Python or VBA a plus)
• Experience with data warehouse ecosystems & reporting tools
• Excellent data visualisation and communication skills
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to partner with stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Experience in the asset management industry
