Location: Remote (work from anywhere) Client Base: UK (Work hours: 9am–5pm UK time) Contract Type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 8 months Day Rate: Up to £220 (all-in) Overview: The client is exploring the potential to outsource experienced SQL/Oracle developers for an upcoming project. This is a speculative opportunity designed to assess market interest and availability ahead of a formal requirement. Developers will support database-related initiatives within the client’s infrastructure, working to enhance performance, ensure data integrity, and contribute to broader system improvements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and scripts. Design, implement, and maintain Oracle database systems. Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and security standards. Collaborate with internal teams to identify database needs and improvements. Support troubleshooting and issue resolution across development and production environments. Key Requirements: Proven experience with both SQL and Oracle database development. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working UK business hours (9am–5pm UK time). Fluent English communication skills. Additional Information: Candidates must be available to work full-time for the duration of the contract.
