Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Python and AWS for enterprise applications. • Build scalable AI-powered tools and integrate them into enterprise and mainframe environments. • Contribute as a full-stack developer, delivering end-to-end solutions (front-end, back-end, data, and AI integration). • Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs. • Coordinate effectively with offshore teams, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and knowledge sharing. • Design and optimize machine learning pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment. • Implement NLP and GenAI models for data processing, knowledge extraction, and automation. • Architect cloud-based AI solutions using AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, and S3. • Write high-performance, production-grade Python and full-stack code following software engineering best practices. • Take ownership of initiatives and help expand the AI development team over time. Required Qualifications • 4–5 years of professional development experience, with strong Python and full-stack development skills. • Hands-on expertise in AI/ML, deep learning, and model deployment. • Proficiency in cloud-based AI solutions (preferably AWS). • Experience integrating AI into enterprise environments and building scalable applications. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to work directly with customers and business teams. • Experience coordinating with offshore teams and driving project execution. • Ability to take ownership as an individual contributor while also providing leadership direction. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with LLMs, NLP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models. • Familiarity with MLOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, model monitoring). • Knowledge of vector databases and AI-powered search technologies. • Previous experience in a senior or lead developer role within an AI/ML or full stack environment.
