Sr. AI Engineer – Product Go-to-Market Locations: Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN or San Francisco, CA Work Model: Hybrid Role Summary: Seeking a senior-level AI Engineer with strong product go-to-market and enablement experience to drive enterprise AI adoption. This role bridges product, engineering, and business teams to support AI platform launches, customer enablement, and scalable adoption. Key Responsibilities: • Lead AI product launches, feature rollouts, and adoption initiatives • Execute go-to-market strategies including onboarding, training, and documentation • Enable customers through workshops, hands-on sessions, and technical guidance • Support integration of AI tools and agentic workflows into engineering practices • Gather customer feedback to influence product roadmap and usability improvements • Track adoption, performance, and business impact metrics Required Skills: • Strong AI/ML or software engineering background • Experience with AI platforms, APIs, or developer enablement • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams Preferred: • Experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, or AI infrastructure • Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or GTM roles.
