Sr. AI/Data Science Analyst

Required Skills • Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science with hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models. • Proficiency in Python and SQL with experience using data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn. • Experience with machine learning algorithms including regression, classification, clustering, anomaly detection, forecasting, and feature engineering. • Strong knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. • Experience building Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and vector databases. • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks. • Experience with embeddings, semantic search, fine-tuning, and evaluation of LLM-based solutions. • Experience designing and deploying production-grade AI applications and machine learning pipelines. • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL pipelines, data processing, data modeling, and large-scale analytics. • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Experience with MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement. • Experience developing APIs and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI or similar technologies. • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with large-scale operational data and real-time analytics. • Experience in transportation, aviation, logistics, or other complex operational environments. • Knowledge of predictive analytics, optimization techniques, and decision-support systems. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills. • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
