Hours: Anticipated 40 hours per week No third parties please. In this role, you’ll own and define the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies. You’ll be part of a large community of machine learning engineers across the company and collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, Enterprise architects and product owners to deliver world class solutions to design, developed machine Learning Operations framework for entire enterprise and also be part of mentorship, training, and solutions to real world problem, Process data and information at a massive scale, perform A/B testing tasks on statistical models, ML algorithms, and systems. Your advanced skills and extensive technical expertise will guide clients as they navigate the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks. What You'll Work On: • Lead the development, deployment, and optimization of machine learning models and algorithms. • Design and implement ML workflows—including generative AI, agent frameworks, and RAG pipelines—that address key business problems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, data, and engineering, to understand business needs and translate them into ML solutions. • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in ML best practices and techniques. • Conduct performance analysis and continuous model improvements to ensure optimal real-world performance. • Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI and integrate new technologies and methods as applicable. • Engage in knowledge sharing and contribute to building a strong, collaborative team environment. You Have: • 5+ years of experience in machine learning or data science • 5+ years of experience developing production-grade ML solutions leveraging Python or R • 2+ years of experience in machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch • Knowledge of cloud native services for data storage, computer, and machine learning, such as Databricks, Domino, or Azure ML • Ability to utilize generative AI, agent frameworks, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) implementation • Ability to deploy ML models to production at scale, with an emphasis on reliability and performance • Ability to work with large datasets, distributed computing environments, and cloud services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • Ability to work in an Agile environment with tools like JIRA or GitHub • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements • Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: • Experience with open-source LLMs, such as LLaMA, Gemma, or Phi • Experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision • Experience with containerization and orchestration, including CI/CD • Experience writing concise technical documentation of solutions developed • Experience presenting technical solutions to a broad audience • Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or Machine Learning Eligibility Requirements: • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. • As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check.
