Sr. Analyst, Merchandising Solutions
Great opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced team at a leading global enterprise company!
You will analyze data to evaluate the impact of Merchandising & Promotional strategies after new feature releases. You will help to establish metrics, create scalable reporting/dashboards, perform analyses, and deliver presentations to support Product teams & leadership stakeholders.
This is a 6-month initial contract, with strong potential to convert to perm.
This team works in a hybrid model: in-office Mon-Thu & remote on Fri.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze data to evaluate the financial & operational impact of feature changes to internal Merchandising systems
• Develop new metrics & scalable reporting and perform ad-hoc analyses to support Product teams & leadership stakeholders
• Design, implement, and measure pricing actions to assess trade-offs among units, sales, and margin, helping Merchants to achieving objectives
• Conduct research & statistical analyses to build subject matter expertise in key business areas
• Deliver clear, influential presentations that summarize complex findings to guide business decisions
• Balance of duties: approx. 60% hands-on analytics / 40% stakeholder communication
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years as an Analyst
• 2+ years of advanced SQL experience (writing complex queries, stored procs, etc.)
• 1+ years of Google BigQuery (GBQ) experience - MUST HAVE
• 1+ years of Tableau experience, including loading/manipulating large datasets and building data-driven insights (data flows, schema impacts, efficient filtering, scalable dashboard design)
• 2+ years of advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, visualizations, statistical analyses)
• 2+ years of PowerPoint experience (ability to summarize complex info for stakeholders)
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., MS or GitHub Co-Pilot, Google Gemini)
• Experience with large dataset management & data movement
• Strong communication skills
