Job Title: Senior Analyst, Web Analytics
Location: Remote (Candidates based in NYC are a plus)
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (with some flexibility)
Duration: Through December 31, 2025 (with potential extension pending 2026 budget approval)
Pay Rate: $40/hour
About The Role
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Web Analytics Analyst to join its Marketing & Communication team. This is an opportunity to lead from the front—translating insights into actions that shape the digital journey for people seeking care. You’ll help optimize web performance, inform content strategy, and contribute to projects that directly improve user experience.
What You'll Do
• Partner with analytics, digital, and product teams to provide actionable insights and support data-driven strategy.
• Monitor web performance indicators like traffic, audience behavior, and conversion rates.
• Execute ad hoc reporting requests and provide data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
• Guide content optimization through performance analysis and trend discovery.
• Ensure data integrity by upholding proper taxonomy and tracking standards.
• Enable a hybrid analytics model—balancing service delivery with stakeholder enablement and education.
• Take initiative, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to strategic conversations.
Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or digital analytics role.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Heap, or similar tools.
• Understanding of Google Tag Manager and foundational web technologies.
• Proven ability to work independently and communicate technical findings clearly.
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., joins, keys, data transformations).
• Familiarity with how paid, earned, and owned media channels influence digital engagement.
Preferred Background
• Experience in marketing agency or startup environments.
• Located in or near New York City (preferred but not required).

• Agile and adaptable—able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Strategic communicator who can lead discussions and presentations.
• Proactive problem-solver with a mindset for continuous improvement.
