The successful candidate will serve as a Sr Business Intelligence Analyst, responsible for driving data-driven insights and solutions to support informed decision-making. This position requires that the candidate understands, uses, and applies technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate to high complexity.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to visualize and analyze large datasets, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
- Designing, developing, and implementing Python programs to Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Improving current dashboards and processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborating closely with other facilities functions, such as project management, sustainability, and plant engineering to ensure that business intelligence tools and solutions meet their needs
- Creating and maintaining documentation of business intelligence solutions, including data sources, ETL processes, and dashboard designs - Supporting Continuous Improvement efforts by analyzing processes, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing recommendations for process enhancements
- Analyzing large amounts of data to identify insights, trends, and patterns, and developing compelling stories and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
