Role description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in cloud-based data engineering and data warehousing to drive impactful solutions. Responsibilities • Lead the development and management of ETL processes for data marts using Snowflake and SQL Server. • Design and maintain data pipelines utilizing Azure Data Factory to support operational efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and consistent data flow. • Monitor and optimize data workflows to maintain high performance and reliability. • Identify and resolve complex technical challenges to enhance operational efficiency. • Communicate effectively with team members to support project execution and alignment. • Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Skills • 5+ years of experience in cloud-based data engineering and data warehousing. • Proficiency in Snowflake, including automated data ingestion workflows and SQL procedures. • Hands-on experience with Azure data tools, SQL Server, and Blob Storage. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to uphold data accuracy. • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills • Certification in Azure or Snowflake is a plus. • Familiarity with data modeling and database design. • Knowledge of data governance and quality best practices. • Experience with medical claims processing systems and related workflows. • Background in data science and analytics is advantageous.
