Sr. Data Analyst (5582)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a Remote contract position. SALARY: $45-50 per hour (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Requirements • 3+ years of data analytics experience • Expertise in Power BI, SAP Advanced Reporting, or comparable enterprise BI platforms • Proficiency in Python or R and Power Automate for analytics, automation, and data workflows • Experience with Jotform or similar no-code data collection tools • Practical knowledge of AI-assisted analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot or similar) and ability to validate outputs • Data quality validation and monitoring experience (e.g., Great Expectations or similar frameworks) • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid work management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) • Strong data storytelling skills for non-technical audiences • High attention to detail Responsibilities • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and SAP Advanced Reporting • Transform complex statistical findings into clear, persuasive narratives for decision-making • Develop automated analytics pipelines and workflows with Python, R, and Power Automate • Create streamlined data collection interfaces with tools like Jotform to ensure data quality • Identify and implement AI-assisted opportunities to accelerate workflows and improve outputs • Execute meticulous data cleaning and validation to ensure 100% accuracy in reporting and imports • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data logic, processes, and metadata • Drive reimbursement optimization through data-informed strategies • Collaborate across teams to resolve data discrepancies and uncover underlying issues • Manage multiple high-priority projects using work management tools and provide timely updates • Offer peer reviews and technical feedback to junior team members Nextpath Workforce Solutions NextPath is a strategic talent partner connecting skilled professionals with organizations driving innovation and growth.
