Sr Data Analyst

• • Hybrid | Denver, CO • • Our Client is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their Enterprise Systems team. This person will be able to provide actionable reporting mechanisms via Tableau and be able to speak to data findings on a weekly basis, communicate with internal stakeholders, and come with a can-do attitude. We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. Rate: $55 - $65 / hr. w2 Responsibilities: • Work with stakeholders to identify data needs and develop best in class self-serve dashboards • Research, hypothesize, test and validate, establish the link between and within data from various sources and leverage that understanding to answer business questions • Write complex SQL queries that utilizes multiple tables and generates the output that can be leveraged in reports • Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets • Ensure data quality and accuracy through data validation and testing • Perform ad-hoc analysis and identify opportunities to improve existing processes • Document reporting requirements, analysis outcomes and processes Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field • 6+ years of data analysis and reporting with a history of working and performing analysis using data from various applications and warehouses • Strong SQL skill and prior experience writing complex code needed for analysis and data extraction • Extensive experience building self-serve dashboards using Tableau and data analysis using Excel • Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving with little direct supervision. Ability to learn quickly with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity • Demonstrated ability to understand the data and the applications/processes that generates this data by iteratively hypothesizing and either proving or disproving the same while building overall understanding of dataset and the process flow • Strong communication, verbal and written with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders • Previous experience working with call, case and order data from sources such as Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, IVR etc. (nice to have) Please be advised- If anyone reaches out to you about an open position connected with Eliassen Group, please confirm that they have an Eliassen.com email address and never provide personal or financial information to anyone who is not clearly associated with Eliassen Group. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
