Sr Data Analyst

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Data Analyst, where you'll leverage your expertise to transform data into actionable insights. This role offers flexibility with the option to work in Minneapolis, MN, or telecommute. Responsibilities • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns. • Define data mappings and write transformation rules for technology consumption. • Translate business requirements into actionable features using Aha. • Prioritize and refine features for the technology team, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Test and validate the output of development to ensure accuracy and quality. • Contribute to closing care gaps by reading and interpreting clinical charts. Skills • Proven experience in SQL, data analysis, and business analysis with a minimum of 5 years. • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. • Experience in data warehousing and data mapping. • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions. Preferred Skills • Experience with Quality and CMS Measure Expertise. • Background in clinical environments and software/data development.
