Position: Sr. Data Analyst Location: Dallas, TX/ Charlotte, NC/ Atlanta, GA - Hybrid Type: Contract Exp: - Years Technical Skills Primary: • Knowledge about Scrum. • Strong lead experience of running scrum team and working with business closely. • Hands on experience on Data Analysis. • Experience of SQL Server. • Experience in Analytics BI or Data Integration. • Experience in PC insurance industry. • Proficient in MS Office Word Excel Access PowerPoint SharePoint. • Communication Strong skills to facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team. • Documentation Proficiency in creating user stories requirements documents and acceptance criteria. • Problem Solving Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions. • Exhibits attention to detail and high standards of integrity. • Strategic thinkers with ability to understand business strategy provide consultative business analysis and leverage technical skills to create insightful effective BI solutions. • Experience working with disparate data sources and turning them into a unified solution. • Flexibility in use of SDLC frameworks Agile. Technical Skills Secondary / Nice to have NOT MANDATORY: • Knowledge of Azure Dashboard. • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with problem solving skills. • Able to hit the ground running with a can-do attitude. • Effective communication and teamwork skills including the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams. • Insurance Domain Knowledge with background in Claims Management Risk Management. • Serve as a point of contact for carriers and internal stakeholders. • Actively participate in error correction collaboration sessions with stakeholders and take appropriate actions. • Provide regular updates on error population status risks and issues.
