Position Summary β€’ Our client is seeking a Sr Level BI Data Analyst to become the Tableau SME and support the Data analysis of the e-commerce, retail, and customer support operations domain β€’ Business Intelligence Analyst proficient in SQL, Python, and Tableau. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to create interactive dashboards and visualizations that drive business decisions. This role plays a crucial part in developing impactful and engaging dashboard solutions that drive customer service strategy. Primary Responsibilities β€’ Expert in Tableau and can craft jaw-dropping dashboards that wow stakeholders and inform strategic decisions. β€’ Solid coder using either SQL & (Python/Spark/R) to deploy data solutions or data products into production. β€’ Uncover actionable insights from data and convey these insights to the business as stories that stick. β€’ Interface with leadership and team members to get clarity on your requirements, end goals, and deliverables. . Preferred Qualifications β€’ Requires 7-10 years of experience, particularly within customer service operations. β€’ Must have GCP and SQL, and Tableau experience β€’ You have 3-6 years of experience in Customer Service functions for consumer products, retail, tech, telecom, or financial industries. β€’ You have 2-4 years of experience in a Big Data environment, specifically Hive/Spark, where you have worked on solutions that scale smoothly on high-volume (1TB+) & high-dimensionality (500+ variables per schema) data. β€’ You have worked with massive structured/unstructured data sets before. β€’ MS or BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics (required) #IND
