Job Title: Technical Data Sr. Analyst Location : Remote Mode : Contract Mandatory Skills: Snowflake, Matillion, and DataStage with 3-5 years of experience working in insurance domain Required Skills: • Overall, 12+ years of experience as Technical Data Sr. Analyst with least 3-5 years of experience working in insurance domain. • Excellent understanding and creation of mapping sheets for data integration pipelines. • Proficiency in Snowflake, Matillion, and DataStage for data processing and integration. • Ability to work with Data Architects and Leads to support the design and implementation of data processes. • Deep expertise SQL/data analysis and ensuring data integrity, data security and data quality. • Ability to prepare technical impact analysis or design work based on requirement and business SMEs input • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements for healthcare data security, privacy, and regulatory standards. • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Responsibilities: • As a Technical Data Sr. Analyst, he/she will analyze existing DataStage jobs, work with business SME to create target mapping document as per standard guidelines within healthcare payor domain. • Utilize Snowflake, Matillion, and DataStage for efficient data processing and integration tasks. • Prepare technical impact analysis or design work based on requirement and business SMEs input • Review and validate mapping sheets to align with project requirements and specifications. • Analyze data to extract insights and support decision-making processes. • Document data analysis, and transformation processes. • Collaborate with Data Architects/Data Leads to support the design and implementation of data integration pipelines. • Build and execute ELT processes for transforming and loading data into target systems. • Assist in troubleshooting data related issues and ensuring data quality. • Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on technical aspects of data analysis. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in data analytics and healthcare informatics.
