Responsibilities β€’ Lead the development and maintenance of application and corporate data models, ensuring alignment with established standards and methodologies. β€’ Collaborate with development teams to capture and integrate data requirements at a corporate level. β€’ Perform data analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. β€’ Maintain a deep understanding of Epic systems, focusing on payer-side functionality. β€’ Plan and estimate tactical tasks, and mentor team members in data management and modeling. β€’ Define and implement repository procedures and metadata for various functional areas. β€’ Develop strategies for repository access and interface training. Skills β€’ Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field. β€’ Proven expertise with Epic Payer Platform (EPP) and associated Epic modules. β€’ Strong background in healthcare data integration and data modeling tools. β€’ Proficiency in SQL, MVS Job Control Language, and general programming knowledge. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. β€’ Ability to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines. β€’ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred Skills β€’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
