Sr. Data Analyst

Join our team as a Senior Data Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping data strategies and models that drive our organization's success. Responsibilities • Lead the development and maintenance of application and corporate data models, ensuring alignment with established standards and methodologies. • Collaborate with development teams to capture and integrate data requirements at a corporate level. • Perform data analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Maintain a deep understanding of Epic systems, focusing on payer-side functionality. • Plan and estimate tactical tasks, and mentor team members in data management and modeling. • Define and implement repository procedures and metadata for various functional areas. • Develop strategies for repository access and interface training. Skills • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field. • Proven expertise with Epic Payer Platform (EPP) and associated Epic modules. • Strong background in healthcare data integration and data modeling tools. • Proficiency in SQL, MVS Job Control Language, and general programming knowledge. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines. • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred Skills • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
