β’ Lead the development and maintenance of application and corporate data models, ensuring alignment with established standards and methodologies.
β’ Collaborate with development teams to capture and integrate data requirements at a corporate level.
β’ Perform data analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
β’ Maintain a deep understanding of Epic systems, focusing on payer-side functionality.
β’ Plan and estimate tactical tasks, and mentor team members in data management and modeling.
β’ Define and implement repository procedures and metadata for various functional areas.
β’ Develop strategies for repository access and interface training.
Skills
β’ Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
β’ Proven expertise with Epic Payer Platform (EPP) and associated Epic modules.
β’ Strong background in healthcare data integration and data modeling tools.
β’ Proficiency in SQL, MVS Job Control Language, and general programming knowledge.
β’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
β’ Ability to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
β’ Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills
β’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
