Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties
β’ Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards/reports using Tableau, SSRS, and Excel
β’ Work directly with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting needs
β’ Utilize Azure DevOps for agile-based sprint work tracking and deployment
β’ Leverage SQL (SSMS) to create efficient, high-performing queries on large data sets
β’ Translate clinical data into actionable insights for both internal and external users
β’ Collaborate with data engineers and participate in Release Management cycles
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in dashboards and data environments
You should have most of the following
β’ B.S. in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or similar technical discipline
β’ Minimum 7 years of experience in data analytics or BI with clinical data
β’ Advanced SQL (SSMS) query skills and experience with large datasets
β’ Strong Tableau experience preferred (7+ years ideal)
β’ Experience with version control using GIT
β’ Deep understanding of relational vs. dimensional data modeling
β’ Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes
β’ Excellent communication skills β must be comfortable with technical and non-technical audiences
β’ Demonstrated ability to optimize reporting performance and solve data problems creatively
