Why join us? • Competitive Compensation • 401(k) with Generous Match • Comprehensive Benefits Package on FTE conversion • Generous PTO & Paid Holidays • Fully Remote Flexibility • High-impact Work Deliver analytics supporting vulnerable populations in healthcare • Collaborative Culture Agile teams using modern data stack and CI/CD pipelines Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards/reports using Tableau, SSRS, and Excel • Work directly with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting needs • Utilize Azure DevOps for agile-based sprint work tracking and deployment • Leverage SQL (SSMS) to create efficient, high-performing queries on large data sets • Translate clinical data into actionable insights for both internal and external users • Collaborate with data engineers and participate in Release Management cycles • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in dashboards and data environments You should have most of the following • B.S. in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or similar technical discipline • Minimum 7 years of experience in data analytics or BI with clinical data • Advanced SQL (SSMS) query skills and experience with large datasets • Strong Tableau experience preferred (7+ years ideal) • Experience with version control using GIT • Deep understanding of relational vs. dimensional data modeling • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes • Excellent communication skills – must be comfortable with technical and non-technical audiences • Demonstrated ability to optimize reporting performance and solve data problems creatively Interested in hearing more?
