Sr. Data Analyst/Engineer

The position requires someone comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with leadership. Senior Data Analyst / Engineer Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, and Smartsheet to visualize key metrics and trends. • Gather and analyze data from diverse sources to uncover patterns and performance opportunities. • Communicate data insights and actionable recommendations to support executive decision-making. • Conduct research on emerging technologies, AI, and digital trends, then synthesize findings into executive summaries and visual reports. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with teams to enhance data collection, visualization, and reporting practices. Senior Data Analyst / Engineer Qualifications: • Over five years of experience in analytics, visualization, or research roles. • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Smartsheet. • Proven ability to interpret data, recognize trends, and present clear insights. • Experience in AI or emerging technology research within large organizations. • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience, with a background in analytics, operations, or performance measurement.
