Sr. Data Analytics Analyst

• This Person can be senior or a lead or a Sr person looking to become a lead in the future. • They need someone more focused on Reporting analytics and trends to leadership for decision making vs someone focused on building pipelines • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, VBA, and Alteryx is essential, as these tools are foundational to driving advanced analytics, automation, and scalable data solutions across the organization. • This position will focus on building scalable analytics solutions, developing predictive models, and implementing automation across all reporting and operational processes. • Develop Power BI Dashboards to replace all Hyperion queries. • This role will also develop new data objects and power BI reports when the new reservation system is rolled out • This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to migrate and optimize data infrastructure and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership • Experience in cruise, casino, hospitality or a similar industry preferred • Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and advanced analytics to forecast revenue, optimize pricing, and improve inventory management • Engineer and maintain robust data pipelines using modern ETL tools and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) to support real-time and batch analytics. • Develop New Data Objects and Power BI dashboards to pull data from the new reservation system. • SAS, Essbase, Hyperion, and database management/administration (DBM/DBA) preferred
