Job Description: Job Title: Senior Manager, Data Analytics & Insights The Role If the analytics world excites you and you enjoy turning data into meaningful impact, the Senior Manager, Data Analytics & Insights role offers a great opportunity. You’ll bring strong analytical expertise, translate business needs into data-driven solutions, and support Medicare beneficiaries through actionable insights. Own and deliver high-quality business insights through recurring and adhoc data analysis Manage monthly reporting routines for domain KPIs and leading indicators across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Carrier Management Partner closely with cross-functional leaders in: Marketing to support funnel analytics, campaign performance, attribution, and customer segmentation Sales to analyze agent performance, lead conversion, productivity trends, and licensing/certification impacts Product to provide user behavior insights, workflow optimization recommendations, and product experience analytics (Adobe/Pendo analytics) Operations to improve service levels, routing efficiency, queue management, and operational throughput Carrier Management to support carrier, product and plan performance, commission validation, and partner reporting Technology / Engineering to align data sources, ensure data integrity, and enhance reporting automation These partnerships ensure the role is deeply connected to end-to-end business performance, enabling more informed decisions across the organization. Improve data quality and operational efficiency by identifying friction points, proposing solutions, and implementing data validation rules and automation Develop dashboards, reporting assets, and analytic tools that enable real-time understanding of business performance Collaborate with enterprise analytics teams across Fidelity to adopt best practices, align on measurement methodologies, and share insights Synthesize complex, disparate data into clear insights and recommendations that inform critical business decisions Drive components of strategic initiatives, ensuring clarity of requirements, transparent communication, and timely execution Work with internal and external partners, including technical teams and vendors, to support data integration and reporting workflows Influence stakeholders without direct authority, using strong analytical reasoning and executive-ready communication The Expertise and Skills You Bring Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with executives, managers, and subject matter experts Strong organizational and program management skills, with experience in business routines and recurring reporting Ability to create concise, compelling presentations that simplify complex concepts A collaborative approach paired with the ability to work independently in a fastmoving environment Strong strategic thinking and relationship building skills Comfort operating in an unstructured and rapidly evolving environment 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting Proficiency with analytics tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, Snowflake, Adobe Analytics and data visualization platforms Experience with descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to support decision-making and optimize business outcomes Ability to understand business processes in a complex operating environment and design data-driven solutions Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort building new processes from the ground up Customer-centric approach with interest in improving client and associate experiences Experience defining KPIs, measurement routines, and data quality frameworks Understanding of Agile or highly collaborative working styles Skills in business process documentation, data collection design, and analytics or modeling Proven ability to identify analytical methodologies that best answer complex business questions Clear, executive-level communication skills for sharing insights and recommendations Bachelor’s degree required The Team In this role, you will own core reporting routines, partner with leaders across the business, and improve data quality, automation, and revenue reconciliation. Certifications: Category: Business Analytics and Insights Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
