Role description
MUST HAVE:
β’ Experience in full stack development within data-focused environments
β’ Strong background in data visualization and BI product design (UX/UI)
β’ Hands-on experience with Power BI / Microsoft Fabric (required)
β’ Experience with Looker (Look ML) or similar BI tools (required)
β’ Experience working with APIs and integrations (required)
Key Challenge (Major Pain Point):
Candidates submitted so far do not meet true βfull stackβ expectations
Market candidates tend to be:
Either front-end focused (JavaScript, HTML, UI)
Or back-end BI/engineering focused
Missing candidates who can operate across both areas
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong AI proficiency (critical requirement)
Must be advanced in using AI tools (not basic prompting)
Ability to leverage AI to bridge skill gaps
Front-end experience:
Build executive-level dashboards, portals, βcockpitβ style interfaces
Back-end / BI experience:
Data pipelines, data flow, BI fabric work, API integrations
Ability to operate as a shared resource across teams
Supporting multiple teams (not siloed)
Includes front-end support for other teams and backend integration work
Strong cloud experience
Balanced experience across:
BI engineering
Data engineering
Full stack development
Java experience required
Experience with:
Data pipelines

Preferred:

~5+ years relevant experience
