Sr. Data Engineer

Job Title: Sr. Data Engineer Location: Manhattan, NY - Hybrid Duration: 21+ Months - RTH Description/Skills: • Two highly skilled Data Engineers right to hire contractors to support the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade data solutions within a consumer products/ chemical registration ecosystem. • These roles will play a critical part in building and scaling our Target Material Registry (TMR) data model, enabling scientific, regulatory, and business teams to efficiently manage product and ingredient data. • The ideal candidates bring deep expertise in cloud data engineering, data modeling, and ETL/ELT pipelines, along with experience collaborating across scientific and technical domains. • Design and implement scalable features of the TMR to support chemical, ingredient, and product data domains. • Develop and optimize data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for ingestion, transformation, and integration of structured and unstructured data • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems through validation frameworks and automated checks • Build reusable data components and frameworks to accelerate development • Lead and oversee cloud data migration initiatives into the TMR platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) • Design and implement data lake/ data warehouse architecture • Manage production deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and environment promotion strategies • Ensure scalability.
