You will assess source system data structures, align them with business needs, and develop/maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models across acquisition, integration, and analytical layers. Responsibilities: Design and implement mappings between source data and common data models. Coordinate with ETL specialists on data transformation rules and mappings. Manage version control for data models. Oversee offshore development and testing teams to ensure timely deliverables. Qualifications: 8-10 years of hands-on experience in BI and data engineering. Proficiency in SQL/Oracle, data modeling tools (e.g., Erwin), and ETL processes. Experience with cloud-based solutions (Azure/AWS) is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
