Accountabilities β€’ Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI models to solve complex business problems. β€’ Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights, identify patterns, and support strategic decision-making. β€’ Design and evaluate statistical and predictive models, ensuring robustness, accuracy, and business relevance. β€’ Integrate foundational and advanced AI models (including LLMs) into production pipelines and scalable systems. β€’ Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and data teams to translate requirements into analytical and AI-driven solutions. β€’ Conduct model testing, validation, tuning, and performance evaluation to ensure optimal results and reliability. β€’ Support deployment and operationalization of machine learning solutions using modern data and cloud platforms. β€’ Mentor and guide junior data scientists, reviewing work and supporting technical growth within the team. β€’ Contribute to research and experimentation with emerging AI techniques to advance organizational capabilities. Requirements β€’ Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related); Master’s or PhD preferred. β€’ 6+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or predictive modeling (advanced degrees may offset experience). β€’ Strong expertise in statistics, optimization, machine learning theory, and quantitative modeling techniques. β€’ Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and large language models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and integration. β€’ Advanced programming skills in Python, R, SAS, or SQL. β€’ Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras. β€’ Strong ability to lead end-to-end data science projects from model design through deployment. β€’ Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing tools such as Spark and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). β€’ Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Databricks, SageMaker, or Snowflake is a plus. β€’ Strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
