Join us to challenge yourself and accomplish work that matters Sr. Data Scientist Manager/Architect Bedminster, NJ (Onsite) Long Term Rate Range $80 to $90 hr C2C All Inc About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Data Scientist Manager to lead our data science team onsite at our Bedminster, NJ location. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in data science and machine learning with strong leadership and communication skills. You’ll be responsible for guiding a team of data scientists to solve complex business problems, develop predictive models, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, ensuring high-quality project execution and professional growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, marketing, and business operations to identify impactful data science opportunities. • Design and deploy scalable machine learning models and data pipelines to support strategic business initiatives. • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Establish and enforce best practices in data science methodology, model development, and data governance. • Monitor and maintain the performance and accuracy of deployed models. • Stay up-to-date with the latest data science trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance team capabilities. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Ph.D. a plus). • 6+ years of experience in data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data science libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. • Experience with big data platforms and tools such as Spark, Hadoop, AWS, or Azure. • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning, and data mining techniques. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to present complex data insights to a non-technical audience. • Demonstrated success in driving business outcomes through data-driven strategies. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a fast-paced industry such as telecom, healthcare, or finance. • Familiarity with MLOps and model monitoring frameworks. • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
