We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Data Scientist to design advanced analytical solutions that drive strategic decision-making and business performance. This role will serve as a key contributor in shaping data strategy, developing predictive models, and delivering actionable insights that influence product, engineering, and business initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:
β’ Lead data strategy efforts by identifying, evaluating, and integrating new datasets to enhance product capabilities.
β’ Partner closely with engineering, product, and design teams to understand business needs and build scalable data solutions.
β’ Develop, test, and refine statistical and machine learning models to support predictive analytics and operational improvements.
β’ Source, collect, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets for modeling and experimentation.
β’ Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that align with business priorities.
β’ Build algorithms for large-scale data mining, including model validation, optimization, and error analysis.
β’ Deploy models into production environments in partnership with software developers and ML engineers.
β’ Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in data science and AI/ML.
Required Skills/Education:
β’ 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
β’ Strong expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, pattern recognition, and predictive modeling.
β’ Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, SAS, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Excel.
β’ Experience designing, validating, and deploying analytical or ML models in production environments.
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, research-focused environment.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
β’ 2+ years of project management or technical leadership experience.
β’ Professional certifications in data science, machine learning, cloud technologies, or related areas.
β’ Experience with big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop) or cloud ML tools (AWS, Azure, GCP).
