We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Data Modeler & Data Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial for driving our data initiatives, requiring a blend of deep technical expertise in data architecture and strong collaborative leadership. You will be instrumental in shaping our data landscape across various environments, from on-premise to cutting-edge cloud solutions.

Responsibilities
β’ Collaborate daily with product managers, project managers, business users, application development teams, DBA teams, and the Data Governance team.
β’ Analyze business and technical requirements to design robust and scalable data solutions.
β’ Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex data models and data warehousing programs.
β’ Contribute to the strategic evolution of our data architecture, incorporating new concepts like Data Lakehouse.
β’ Ensure data quality, lineage, and adherence to data policies across all data initiatives.
Qualifications
β’ 7+ years of extensive experience in Data Modeling and Data Analysis.
β’ Strong understanding and practical experience with cloud data warehouses, particularly Snowflake.
β’ Expertise in Data Vault 2.0 methodology for data modeling.
β’ In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Data Lakehouse concepts.
β’ Proficiency in Big Data sources and tools such as Hive, S3, Trino, and HUE.
β’ Demonstrated experience in executing complex data modeling programs (100+ entities/tables) in both on-premise and cloud environments.
β’ Proven ability to design normalized, denormalized, relational, dimensional, star, and snowflake schemas for cloud, big data, and on-premise databases.
β’ Hands-on experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin, ER/Studio, or Toad Data Modeler.
β’ Extensive data modeling experience with big data and cloud databases (e.g., Hive, Redshift, Snowflake) and on-premise databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2).
β’ Experience implementing Bill Inmon and Ralph Kimball methodologies for data warehouse design.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Dictionary, Data Mapping, Data Policy, and Data Governance.
β’ Financial Domain knowledge is a significant plus.
