The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience and will work onsite at our client's office in Mount Laurel, NJ, during regular day shifts. Note: This role does not require any travel. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using SailPoint IdentityIQ, Java, and MySQL. • Implement and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ for identity and access management (IAM). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications. • Ensure data integrity, security, and consistency across applications and databases. • Optimize application performance and resolve any technical issues that arise. • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team. • Conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards and ensure best practices. • Stay current with evolving technologies and incorporate modern approaches into projects. • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed systems and components. • Participate in sprint planning and provide accurate time estimates for development tasks. • Test and debug applications to ensure quality and reliability. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and deliver on business needs. • Support continuous improvement of development practices and tools. Required Qualifications: • Strong proficiency in Core Java and MySQL, with a solid history of building and maintaining scalable applications. • Extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, especially in an enterprise IAM context. • Hands-on experience with BeanShell scripting within SailPoint environments. • Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in diagnosing and resolving complex application or identity management issues. • Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially in working with cross-functional and distributed teams. • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies. • Familiarity with geospatial data and applications is a plus.
