Job Title: Sr Developer/Analyst (Seismic Platform) Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite) Key Skills & Capabilities: • Strong hands-on experience with Seismic administration. • Knowledge of user access models, licensing, and governance. • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and platform monitoring. • Familiarity with release management and regression testing. • Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills. • Process mapping of onboarding and offboarding workflows. • Troubleshooting, diagnostic, and root cause analysis skills. • Continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the platform. Essential Skills & Qualifications: • Strong customer service orientation and excellent written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to design scalable, rule-based access and content distribution models. • Experience with regression testing, release evaluation, and impact analysis. • Ability to document business requirements, conduct unit testing, and facilitate end-user training. • Ability to handle user access management in a SaaS environment. • Ability to drive platform health and governance across the organization. Desirable Qualifications: • Experience working with Seismic Platform and familiarity with SaaS platforms. • Background in reporting, data visualization, and analytics. • Experience managing user roles, content access, and licensing within a platform.
