Sr. Engineer

Job title: Senior Software Engineer Location: Orlando, FL | Hybrid 3 Days Onsite Pay rate: Up to $85 per hour | 9-Month Contract Schedule: Full-time 4 Corner Resources is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support our clients AI initiatives. This role will help reimagine operational efficiency by designing and deploying autonomous AI agents that streamline workflows, reduce technical debt, and empower application teams across the enterprise. Responsibilities • Drive the adoption of advanced AI tools across TechOps-supported applications and integrate them seamlessly into existing workflows. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop autonomous AI agents that automate operational tasks. • Architect and refine AI solutions utilizing MCP servers, LangChain Agents, APIs, and related systems. • Lead and promote code review best practices to ensure high-quality, technically sound development. • Document and share AI integration standards and best practices to enable consistent adoption across teams. • Build scalable, reliable AI agents to improve process efficiency and application performance. • Partner with application teams to enable and operationalize agentic AI capabilities in diverse technology environments. Basic qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Proficient in Python, Java, Node.js, and TypeScript • Strong background in API design and webhook integration • Hands-on experience with MCP servers, LangChain Agents, and agentic AI tools such as N8N or Flowise • Familiarity with advanced AI technologies, including deployment, lifecycle management, and implementation challenges • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on cross-team innovation • Proven ability to independently design, build, and scale production-quality systems Preferred qualifications • Experience addressing technical debt using AI agents • Proficiency in designing test cases, monitoring workflows, and debugging AI-driven solutions in production • Microsoft Teams Bot development experience using Azure, including provisioning and integration with APIs or AI workflows (via N8N, webhooks, etc.) 4CR3
