Job Summary Sr. ETL Developer – Austin, TX (Hybrid) State Client Exp – Data Integration Hub Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, implement, and support an XX data integration hub using agile methodology. • Acquire and automate data ingestion from diverse sources (Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, PDF). • Develop complex and efficient SQL scripts for data transformation and dimensional modeling in Oracle. • Utilize Informatica IICS/IDMC/Power Center to automate ETL workflows and processes. • Collaborate with Data Engineering Team and Architects to optimize data design and acquisition strategies. • Validate and verify SQL scripts, Informatica automation, and database views. • Create automated verification and validation processes. • Enhance and maintain a Java-based website providing Tableau dashboards to users. • Develop mockups and work with clients for requirements validation. • Participate in all agile sprint ceremonies and contribute to requirements/design sessions. • Produce and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and diagrams. • Support new and changing business requirements with impact analysis and propose enhancements. • Assist in implementing and configuring development tools. • Address technical problems and participate in team troubleshooting. • Perform all other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years’ experience in ETL development with Informatica (IICS/IDMC/Power Center). • 8+ years’ experience acquiring/integrating data from multiple sources for Tableau visualization. • 8+ years’ experience with complex SQL script development (performance-focused). • 8+ years’ experience as a system analyst in data analytics, performance management, or data warehousing. • 8+ years’ technical writing, diagramming, and proficiency with modeling/mapping tools (Visio, Erwin). • 8+ years’ experience delivering software platforms across multiple products/units. • 8+ years’ experience designing/developing scripts in Python. • 8+ years’ experience on agile sprint teams and using JIRA. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills. Preferred Skills & Experience • Experience working with PII/PHI data and applying security principles to healthcare data. • Prior experience developing dashboards/reports in Tableau. • Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, APIs, REST/SOAP web services). • Proven ability to write well-designed, efficient, testable code using best practices. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience. • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with software components in performance metrics data visualization or BI environments. • Prior healthcare industry experience.
