Sr. Forecasting Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Forecasting Analyst to lead forecasting, planning, and analysis to support our sales and retail teams. In this role, you will ensure products are available to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels. You’ll work closely with sales, supply chain, and other internal teams to drive business decisions based on data insights. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute forecasts for product sales, inventory, and distribution. Analyze POS data, historical trends, seasonality, promotions, and other factors to predict demand. Collaborate with sales teams and retail partners in planning meetings and recommend actions for inventory and promotional planning. Support order management, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate product allocation. Work with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal stock levels and maximize order fill rates. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Data Analytics, Business, or related field. 3–4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, or a retailer-facing role (CPG experience preferred). Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets. Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with Tableau, SAP, Anaplan, JDA, or Demantra is a plus.
