Role description
6+ month CONTRACT role, with potential to extend. HYBRID-3 days/week onsite work required. Role is heavily focused on Data & Automation. Must have experience with Model Building, Snowflake, PowerBI, Excel and Python as well as strong Analytics & Finance experience. Pay range $165,000 - $185,000, depending upon experience. Lenox Executive Search is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Finance Reporting & Analysis, Data Automation to fill an 6+ month contractual role with a global pharmaceutical company in Boston, MA. Must have minimum BS degree in Business, Accounting or Finance. MS degree and/or CPA a plus. REQUIREMENTS for the Sr. Manager, Finance Reporting & Analysis, Data Automation: This role is heavily focused in data & automation Strong Model building experience Extensive Analytics & finance experience Must Have automation experience in Snowflake, PowerBI, Excel Will work for the Center of Excellence within the Finance department Someone comfortable bringing data into one central place from several source Experience in life science industry required, experience in biotech or pharma industries a plus Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or Accounting, MBA or Professional Qualification preferred CPA a plus 3+ years of relevant experience in an analytics role demonstrating strong technical and analytical skills and a track record of success working in a team-based environment or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Deep understanding of financial systems, expertise in analytics and presentation/visualization of information and a strategic vision of future ways of working for finance professionals. Strong understanding of algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, regularization, decision trees, clustering algorithms, linear GAM (Generalized Additive Models), Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and matrix factorization techniques Proficiency in data management, data mining, data analytics, data reporting and quantitative analysis Programming: Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python). Data manipulation: Experience with data manipulation libraries and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Co-Pilot) Experience in leading cross-functional teams and processes Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills Pay: $165,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Business, Finance and/or Accounting: 3 years (Required) Programming (Python): 2 years (Required) Data manipulation & Data Visualization: 3 years (Required) Power BI: 1 year (Required) Algorithms: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: CPA (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Boston, MA 02210 (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Boston, MA 02210
