Job Description:
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
โข 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or growth analytics
โข Strong command of SQL and experience working with large datasets
โข Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, and/or BigQuery
โข Solid understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and multi-channel performance measurement
โข Experience with customer segmentation, funnel analysis, or audience analytics
โข Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
โข Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or related field
Nice to Haves
โข Experience with Python, R, or Databricks
โข Familiarity with incrementality testing and advanced attribution concepts
โข Background in customer lifecycle, retention, or loyalty-driven businesses
โข Exposure to AI tools or automation workflows for analytics efficiency
โข Basic familiarity with APIs, marketing technology platforms, or HTML
