W2 Only, No C2C/1099 Job Title โ€“ Sr. Marketing Analytics Analyst Job Location โ€“ Orlando, FL โ€“ Hybrid Interview process: Video the In-person Must Visa:- USC, GC (W2) End Client:- Travel+ Leisure Rate:- $40-$45/hr W2 only Job Description: What We're Looking For Must-Haves โ€ข 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or growth analytics โ€ข Strong command of SQL and experience working with large datasets โ€ข Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, and/or BigQuery โ€ข Solid understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and multi-channel performance measurement โ€ข Experience with customer segmentation, funnel analysis, or audience analytics โ€ข Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights for both technical and non-technical audiences โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or related field Nice to Haves โ€ข Experience with Python, R, or Databricks โ€ข Familiarity with incrementality testing and advanced attribution concepts โ€ข Background in customer lifecycle, retention, or loyalty-driven businesses โ€ข Exposure to AI tools or automation workflows for analytics efficiency โ€ข Basic familiarity with APIs, marketing technology platforms, or HTML About the Role Our client โ€” a well-established, growth-focused organization in the Orlando market โ€” is looking for a Senior Analyst to join their Marketing Analytics team.
