Role description
Sr. Medication Adherence Data Analyst (Remote – Contract) We’re seeking a Sr. Medication Adherence Data Analyst to join a leading healthcare organization supporting their Pharmacy Quality Analytics team. This role will focus on analyzing pharmacy claims data, developing Tableau dashboards, and generating actionable insights to improve STARs ratings and medication adherence outcomes. Location: 100% Remote (EST hours required) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Contract: 3 months (11/24/2025 – 1/30/2026) with a strong possibility of extension Key Responsibilities: β€’ Analyze pharmacy claims data to identify adherence trends and performance improvement opportunities β€’ Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to track STARs and other quality metrics β€’ Use SAS and SQL to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets β€’ Respond to ad hoc data requests through the internal ticketing system β€’ Collaborate with internal teams across Pharmacy, Quality, and Operations β€’ Document processes, methodologies, and reporting standards to ensure consistency Qualifications: β€’ 3+ years of experience in data analytics, healthcare analytics, or pharmacy analytics β€’ Strong understanding of pharmacy claims data and quality measures (e.g., STARs, CMS/NCQA) β€’ Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization β€’ Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail β€’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills β€’ Python experience preferred but not required Pay Rate: $39/hr (W2)
