Job Summary β Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Developer (Con Edison)
(Need candidates with utility/energy sector experience, especially at reputable clients)
β’ Location: 4 Irving Place, New York (Remote β must attend on-camera calls, work in Citrix VDI)
β’ Contract: 09/15/25 β 03/13/26 (Contract to Hire),
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM integrations, reports, and related artifacts across multiple modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Helpdesk).
β’ Build new integrations and reports from scratch using HDL, HCM Extracts, HCM REST APIs, BIP/OTBI Reports, Workflows, Fast Formulas, HCM Design Studio, Page/Application Composer, Visual Builder Studio.
β’ Support and maintain existing HCM Cloud solutions, addressing system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop custom solutions.
β’ Support testing of patches/upgrades, new configurations, and workflows; oversee integration with external systems and third-party services.
β’ Conduct impact analysis for quarterly patches and work with Oracle Product Support to resolve service requests (SRs).
β’ Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members; document system configurations and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and tools.
β’ Advanced proficiency in: HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, HCM REST APIs, Workflows, Page/Application Composer, Visual Builder Studio.
β’ Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for complex query development and troubleshooting.
β’ Experience with cloud computing (SaaS/PaaS) and OIC integrations.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
β’ Ability to multitask and manage deadlines under pressure.
Nice To Have
β’ Experience with HCM Cloud Security, Oracle BICC Extracts, PVOs.
β’ Hands-on integration building with Oracle Integration Cloud.
β’ Experience with Oracle VBS, Redwood UI.
β’ Functional expertise in Payroll, OTL, Absence.
