Role : Sr Oracle PL/SQL Developer Optional locations (4 openings) Location 1: in Plano, TX (Hybrid) (2 openings) Location 2 : Jersey City, NJ(Hybrid) (2 openings) Duration: 6-12 months contract note: this is w2 position & direct client Client: BANK OF AMERICA We Have 4 openings available for Bank of America for an Oracle Developer we have 2 positions in Plano, Texas and 2 positions in Jersey City, New Jersey Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite per week Interview Process 1st round is Virtual Technical Screening 2nd round Onsite Interview (Onsite Interview in Plano, TX if location you applied is Plano, TX and if you applied for Jersey City, NJ 2nd round interview will be in Jersey City, NJ Overview We are hiring 4 SQL Developers to support the Climate Risk team. This team manages a large, authorized data warehouse and provides critical data to various lines of business, including regulatory POCs. The work involves understanding and modeling data related to natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes) and their impact on trades and Bank of America’s exposure. Roles & Responsibilities • Drive technical direction and strategy • Provide mentorship and oversight • Hands-On experience on SQL and PL/SQL • Focused on development and implementation • Support production and build custom features • Manage and maintain a big data warehouse • Integrate third-party vendor data • Perform data modeling around climate risk scenarios • Support both production and new development efforts • Use Data Connect, an internal tool • Implement ETL mappings, procedures, and triggers • Understand and apply dimensional modeling and data warehouse structures Must-Have Skills 1. Oracle 1. PL/SQL 1. Informatica 1. Shell scripting for API interaction 1. Experience fetching data from APIs Nice-to-Have Skills 1.
