Sales Representative -- Anindya Mazumdar Position Summary: We are looking for a seasoned and highly analytical Power BI Architect to architect, develop, and support executive-level financial dashboards for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR). This individual will work closely with finance, operations, and senior leadership to deliver dynamic, insight-driven dashboards that highlight critical business performance indicators including Net Revenue, EBITDA, Cash Flow, SG&A, Production Efficiency, and Distribution/Transportation Expenses. This is a strategic, high-impact position with direct exposure to executive leadership. It requires deep knowledge of financial KPIs, enterprise reporting, data visualization best practices, storytelling with data, and governance standards. Key Responsibilities: Dashboard Architecture & Development Create and deploy executive-ready Power BI dashboards that are visually engaging and performance-driven. Convert complex financial and operational datasets into clear, intuitive visuals aligned with MBR and QBR reporting frameworks. Implement drill-through and drill-down functionality so leaders can analyze performance drivers by geography, product category, or business segment. Data Modeling & Systems Integration Integrate multiple data sources such as SAP (FI/CO), Snowflake, AWS S3, Excel, and SQL Server to build scalable, automated data models. Develop advanced DAX calculations and Power Query (M) transformations optimized for performance and maintainability. Design and manage semantic data models that ensure KPI definitions are standardized and consistent across the organization. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with Finance, FP&A, Manufacturing, and Logistics stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Facilitate discovery sessions to identify reporting gaps and translate business needs into intuitive dashboard solutions. Present insights, enhancements, and dashboard performance updates to executive leadership on a recurring basis. Governance & Documentation Maintain strong data governance practices, including role-based security and compliance with internal standards. Document dashboard logic, data lineage, business definitions, and transformation rules thoroughly. Support CI/CD practices and implement version control for Power BI reports and datasets. Key Metrics Supported: Financial Metrics: Net Revenue, Gross Margin, EBITDA, Operating Income, and Cash Flow (Operating, Investing, Financing) Operational Metrics: Production Output, Yield Percentage, Utilization, Cost per Unit Cost Metrics: SG&A Expenses, Distribution and Transportation Costs, Inventory Turnover Strategic KPIs: Budget vs. Actual Variance Analysis, Working Capital, Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) Qualifications: Required: Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence development with strong expertise in Power BI. At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or working closely with finance-driven performance metrics. Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and enterprise-level data modeling. Strong SQL skills and experience integrating cloud-based platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, or Azure. Proven experience designing dashboards for executive audiences with a strong focus on usability and visual storytelling. Ability to manage and analyze large, complex datasets and convert them into meaningful executive insights. Preferred: Industry experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or distribution environments. Knowledge of SAP data structures, especially FI/CO, MM, and SD modules. Experience in data warehousing architecture and ETL pipeline design. Understanding of core corporate finance principles including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reporting.
