The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Power Platform Developer to join our team. The role focuses on building and extending model-driven applications with Dataverse and Power Automate, while also writing code (C#, JavaScript, plugins) to deliver advanced functionality. Many efforts also involve integration work using Azure Functions, so flexibility and the ability to pivot across tasks is important.
The Power Platform Developer will:
β’ Develop and enhance model-driven Power Apps using Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles)
β’ Build and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline processes
β’ Write custom code (C#, JavaScript, plugins) for advanced customizations
β’ Support system integrations using Azure Functions and related services
β’ Work collaboratively with PMs, tech leads, and other developers through design & build phases
Experience and Education:
Required
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
β’ 3β8 years of professional experience in software/application development
β’ Hands-on Power Platform expertise: model-driven apps, Dataverse, Power Automate
β’ Coding ability in C# and/or JavaScript (plugins, custom extensions)
β’ Experience with Azure Functions and broader Azure integrations
β’ Experience integrating applications with backend systems
β’ Adaptability to pivot across multiple projects in an Agile environment
β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills
