Sr Python Developer (AI Focus)

Job Description – Position: Sr Python Developer – AI Focus Location: Woburn, MA – Onsite 5 days a week (flexible to 4 days if necessary) Type: Contract About the Role We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with strong AI integration experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who can design, build, and refine automation scripts, UI components, and product-driven solutions while leveraging AI for efficiency. This role requires a developer who is adaptable, can work across multiple domains, and is focused on end-to-end product development rather than only data pipelines. Key Responsibilities • Develop automation scripts, frameworks, and reusable tools using Python. • Build and enhance UI components leveraging Java and Rust. • Utilize AI/ML tools to auto-generate code scaffolding, refine it, and ensure maintainable, high-quality standards. • Integrate APIs, validate outputs, and deliver aligned business functionalities. • Apply knowledge of Power BI and analytics to guide and shape product outcomes. • Contribute to product lifecycle development across multiple technical domains. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative product solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Python. • Strong experience with automation scripting and building development tools. • Exposure to AI/ML frameworks or usage of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT APIs, LLMs). • Proficiency in Java and/or Rust for UI and component development. • Experience integrating with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and backend services. • Working knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics/BI tools. • Strong problem-solving ability, adaptable to multi-domain projects. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
