We are seeking a Senior QA Data Engineer with strong experience in Test Data Management (TDM) and Manhattan Active supply chain systems. This role supports enterprise-level Warehouse and Transportation platforms and requires hands-on expertise in data testing, automation, and managing complex test data environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of experience in QA, Data Engineering, or Software Development
Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active systems:
Warehouse Management (WMS)
Transportation Management (TMS)
Yard Management
Labor Management
Strong Test Data Management (TDM) experience, including:
Data masking
Data sub-setting
Synthetic data creation
Gold copy management
Strong data testing and validation experience
Advanced SQL skills
Experience with automation testing frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Informatica IICS / IDMC
Experience in Azure data platforms
Experience with Databricks (PySpark, Spark SQL, Delta Lake)
Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy)
Knowledge of real-time data pipelines (Kafka, JSON, Avro)
Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, or Azure SQL
Familiarity with Jira, QMetry, or similar test management tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
Lead Test Data Management strategy and execution
Build and maintain secure, production-like test data environments
Design and manage reusable Gold Copy datasets
Implement data masking, sub-setting, and synthetic data solutions
Integrate TDM with automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
Perform complex SQL queries for data validation and analysis
Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and data quality improvements
Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders
Mentor junior team members on TDM best practices
