Sr. QlikSense Developer

Sr. QlikSense /BI Developer Location: NYC (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Required Skills • Strong SQL and data modeling expertise • 5+ years of experience developing dashboards and analytics applications using Qlik Sense • Experience with relational databases and complex query optimization • Strong understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and data visualization best practices • Experience designing scalable data models including star schema and relational modeling • Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into actionable reporting solutions • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams and business users • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting applications using Qlik Sense • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and key business metrics • Build and optimize data models for scalable analytics solutions • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of data across reporting platforms • Translate complex datasets into meaningful visual insights and dashboards • Document dashboards, data models, and reporting best practices • Improve reporting efficiency and streamline analytics workflows • Integrate and work with structured datasets from multiple internal and external sources Nice to Have • Experience with ESG, nonprofit, or philanthropy-related analytics • Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts • Experience integrating data from multiple sources • Exposure to other BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
