As a Sr. Applications Developer (Service Cloud Developer), you will be a key member of an agile capability team, designing, developing, and deploying engineering and product configuration solutions that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities
β’ Design and implement Salesforce solutions that enable business objectives and outcomes.
β’ Act as a Salesforce platform SME, maintaining expertise across Salesforce products and APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, and integration/ETL technologies.
β’ Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Leaders, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to deliver scalable, flexible, and secure solutions.
β’ Participate in strategic initiatives to grow platform capabilities across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Analytics Cloud.
β’ Apply best practices including test-driven development, configuration over customization, and accurate work estimation.
β’ Contribute to release planning and serve as release manager when required.
β’ Provide ongoing platform support, knowledge sharing, and documentation.
β’ Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT to ensure solution quality and reliability.
β’ Stay current on Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
β’ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
β’ Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (Email-to-Case, Omni-channel, Knowledge, Assignment Rules).
β’ Proficiency in Apex programming for custom development.
β’ Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
