Role description
We are seeking a Senior Specialist – Data Analytics to support high-visibility marketing analytics initiatives focused on billing and customer experience at Client. This role will act as the primary analytics partner for stakeholder communications, test design, and performance measurement, ensuring data-driven decision-making through rigorous experimentation and clear reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, and Analytics leadership to measure campaign effectiveness and improve customer outcomes at scale.
• Pay Rate Range: $65-75/hr on W2
• Only W2 Candidates, NO C2C.
Responsibilities:
Paperless Billing Initiative (Primary Focus)
• Design and implement test/control group frameworks for paperless billing campaigns
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to define target audiences and exclusion criteria
• Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from business teams
• Build and maintain dashboards to track test performance and key metrics
• Provide guidance on test design methodology and statistical rigor
• Document campaign performance and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
Additional Projects (As Capacity Allows)
• Support CX-related marketing campaign tracking and analysis
• Contribute to billing migration analytics, including customer segmentation and complexity tiering
• Assist with broader marketing performance analysis and insights
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and test/control experiments
• Ability to create clear, actionable dashboards and reports
• Strong data quality validation and analytical rigor
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of ad hoc requests
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
Preferred Qualifications
Tools & Platforms
• Snowflake – Cloud data warehousing experience
• Tableau – Data visualization and dashboard creation
• Databricks or Jupyter Notebooks – Exploratory analysis and documentation
Experience
• Background in marketing analytics, especially campaign measurement
• Experience with customer segmentation and targeting
• Familiarity with churn analysis and retention metrics
• Experience in subscription-based businesses is a strong plus
