• Optimize observability platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, and SolarWinds to enhance signal quality, reduce alert fatigue, and ensure actionable event routing
• Own the full application lifecycle from initial code design and CI/CD pipeline automation through production support and iterative feature enhancement
• Build and manage automation and scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash within a GitHub-based Dev workflow
• Support hybrid environments spanning on-prem and Azure infrastructure including Azure Monitor and Log Analytics integrations
• Assist with event management workflows to ensure alerts are actionable and correctly routed across operations teams
• Collaborate with platform owners, operations, monitoring, and security teams to strengthen platform health and incident response capabilities
• Contribute to runbooks, documentation, and operational improvements through incremental, high-impact wins

• Modern GitHub Dev workflow experience — branches, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline management
• Solid understanding of incident and event management practices including alert triage, escalation, and ops collaboration
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including operations, security, and platform owners
• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery models
