Sr. Web-Based Tools Management Engineer- Plano Texas Contract role No C2C, only W2 candidates Location: Plano Texas We're seeking an experienced Sr. Web-Based Tools Management Engineer to lead the development, enhancement, and management of enterprise web-based tools supporting commercial wireless network deployments. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with expertise in web content management, AI, automation, cloud technologies, and telecom systems. Key Responsibilities • Lead development and support of web-based customer interface tools and internal portals. • Manage web content platforms, technical information systems, and automation tools. • Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve tool efficiency and customer experience. • Translate business and customer requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Oversee tool security, infrastructure, compliance, and cloud governance. • Coordinate multiple development projects while working with cross-functional engineering teams and external vendors. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (Master's preferred). • 5–8+ years of experience in Web Content Management or Enterprise Web Applications. • Experience managing customer-facing web portals and information management platforms. • Strong understanding of AI integration, automation, and scripting. • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, governance, and data center architecture. • Experience with web application security and infrastructure management. • Telecom industry experience is highly preferred. • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
