SRE (Automation) W2 Contract Salary Range: $93,600 - $114,400 per year Location: Cupertino, CA - Remote Role Job Summary: Seeking SRE with a strong background and experience in Automation, supporting a Virtualization Platform and Linux Compute. Duties and Responsibilities: • Production experience and skills with Golang and or Python Automation • Good understanding of the administration of Linux systems. • Experience with Linux system virtualization (Libvirt, QEMU, KVM, etc), along with the APIs and the programming languages relevant to these projects • Experience managing, scaling, and troubleshooting Java applications • Working understanding of common authentication schemes, certificates, and securely managing secrets • Understanding of how to develop advanced telemetry and observability for services at various levels (API, runtime, infrastructure, log analysis, etc.) • Must be willing to work PST Hours Desired Skills and Experience Golang, Python, Automation, Linux Administration, Linux Virtualization, Libvirt, QEMU, KVM, Virtualization APIs, Java Application Management, Java Scaling, Java Troubleshooting, Authentication Schemes, Certificate Management, Secrets Management, Telemetry Development, Observability, API Monitoring, Runtime Monitoring, Infrastructure Monitoring, Log Analysis, SRE, Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, Virtualization Platform Support, Linux Compute, System Administration Bayside Solutions, Inc. is not able to sponsor any candidates at this time.
