Job Overview:
• We are looking for an experienced SSIS/DataStage Lead Developer to design, develop, and support ETL solutions. This role involves production support (with rotation shifts), leading a small team, and coordinating directly with the client to ensure smooth data integration operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize SSIS packages for ETL processes.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Lead and mentor developers, ensuring best practices are followed.
